Out of Warranty |

The repair or service on items which are end of life (EOL) out of warranty (OOW) are not covered by your MSP contract. We will continue to provide a diagnostic service on these items, but repairs or maintenance of these products are not always possible and will incur a cost at all times. We always recommend keeping (extended) warranties active on items which would have a high impact on failure or are very expensive to replace. If a product becomes EOL we recommend replacing it. Examples of items which are currently under EOL replacement schedules are Sophos XG firewalls and Windows 10 PCs which are not compatible with Windows 11. |

Thin Hla started working for ABit in June and has proven herself as a strong technical addition to the team. This is what she writes about herself: “My Name is Thin and I was born in Yangon, Myanmar (Burma). I joined ABit team in June 2024 as a system engineer. ABit team has been welcoming me and showing me the colourful world of fast-paced IT Managed Service Providers (MSP). Perth has been home for me since 2010. To complete the Bibbulmun Track (Perth’s World-famous 1000 km hiking track) has been one of my backyard bucket-list goals. During my free time, I enjoy watching sports especially summer sports like Tennis and T20/ODI Cricket (although, I do think that watching Test Cricket is like watching grass grow but won’t mind making some exception for Ashes Test series, if England is losing). “

As part of our company’s growth, over the past few years ABit has been branching out into providing our customers with IPTel, or Internet Protocol Telephony. Last year, we transferred all Major Motors locations over to ABit IPTel and they had this to say:
